I bought this one as a gift. I have one myself and love it.
It's a little counter-intuitive to set the time and alarm, but once done it's great.

Although it looked pretty, I was not really that happy with it. The buzzer alarm is simply not loud enough. The nature sounds were nice enough to sleep to. However the options of sounds to me were not very sleepworthy sounds. I did like that you could set it for just the week. I can do that with me cell phone too, and my cell phone is way louder than the alarm clock. Maybe I was better off with just getting a white noise machine. If you want to wake up to the radio that is fine. I personally need a loud alarm. So if you are like me than don't bother with this alarm clock. Hope it was helpful.

it's a nice little radio - I love the shape of it; compact - however, there are too many settings which seem confusing. I never set any of the alarms but one night, all of a sudden the radio came on and couldn't figure out why??? - the instructions are a somewhat vague....but all in all, it's perfect for my use.

We had encountered a similar version of this clock radio in a hotel recently and really liked its functions and the sound. After we returned home, I searched the web and found this Timex version which sounds just as good and has most of the same features. It is small, has large, well-lit numbers and yet the sound is very good quality for the size. The only criticism is setting the alarm is not as easy as it should be, especially if you are having to rise at a different hour than normal and need to reset the alarm for just one or two days every few weeks. The nature sounds are perfectly acceptable (quite enjoyable actually) and the quality/price ratio is very high.
