My husband finds it difficult to operate. The cover is very dificult to take off, in fact it is still on one of two we ordered. Voice commands as we should all know from the voice commands on phone call selections, you get somewhere else rather the place you wanted to be. In my husbands words another waste of money.

Moshi comes with very simple easy to use instructions. You can choose whether it is lit at night so it doesn't disturb your sleep. When given clearly spoken learned commands it responds well to your request. Whether it be to ask the time, set an alarm or ask the temperature in the room. No need for trying to find buttons in the dark, just speak your request and Moshi is at your command! I am visually impaired and it has become one of my favorite things. It definitely gets 5 stars from me!

The Moshi clock is very easy to use, set up no prob, features are great and the alarms offer a choice (I like the gong). The shortfalls come with the voice commands, you must say the commands exactly right or no joy!!
Despite this shortcoming I highly recommend the Moshi!!

The Moshi Voice Control Digital Alarm clock is a good idea, but execution could've been better. Voice recognition is quite good when in a quiet room, but introduce music and/or other voices, and you almost have to scream at the thing to get it to respond. Setting the time and alarm is amazingly easy with voice control, but you have to set the date manually. The clock looks nice, and even though it is plastic, and feels pretty sturdy. Automatic voice deactivation when unplugged is a nice feature so as not to drain the batteries. The night light (I personally like it on solid settings) is bright, but not obtrusive.
Things I'd like to see in the next iteration of Moshi:
-Better voice activation in non-silent rooms
-Larger viewing angle
-Automatic highlighting of temperature, even when not asked for temperature
Despite a few quirks, I'm quite satisfied for the price I paid.
