Good product, but order extras! August 8, 2010

These were exactly as I expected and arrived quickly. Great price and good seller. I ordered several dozen for my wedding. Luckily, I ordered extras because a few of them wouldn't light, or the switch on the bottom wouldn't stay in the "on" position. The ones that didn't light/stay lit seemed to come out of the same dozen, so maybe I just got a bad batch - as all the others were fine. I don't believe this to be the seller's fault. Overall, I was happy. Nearly all worked great and they stay lit for a day or two - some even longer!

We got married on a ranch on May 22nd and wanted to hang lanterns throughout the orchard. We chose LED candles because it meant we could leave them on for the whole day without having to send someone out to light them all when it got dark. However, the rain came... and I was sure that all the candles were dead. But when the sun went down, every single one was still working and giving off an amazing glow! It was absolutely magical. The candles have a beautiful orange glow, which works much better if you use a diffuser of some sort (linen, or a frosted candle holder.) Great price and sturdy! We ended up giving the lanterns away as wedding favors. Awesome!

These tealights are great in places that real tealights would cause danger. Great flicker, but best if used in frosted or colored votive holders, not tall, and not clear, as the only issue that I find a problem is the appearance of the "flame"--if you hide this behind something with color, it's great. Great for windows sills where real flames could meet the curtains (ouch) ..but another great use is bookshelves where soot from real candles would discolor both books and shelves. Would order these again in a heartbeat!

These work just as expected. I haven't tested them all. But the one I did test works perfectly.
They are slightly taller than I would have thought they'd be. But their flicker is quite good and I like their warm yellow candle like glow.
